I used half of the ingredients PROVIDED (be sure to weigh them and do a 1:2 ration with the developer) and mixed them with the developer. I highly saturated the pieces, wrapped them in foil, and put on a shower cap with a lite misting of water in it. I left the product on for 1 hour and washed the strands. I used the bonded conditioner on them. I waited till the next day and did the same process again using the rest of the product and then mixing it with developer. After an hour not only was the permanent dye throughly removed but I was shocked at how much a color remover had lifted my hair color. Keep in mind if you are using this over your entire head you may want to buy two boxes.
