I have a very sensitive stomach and tried many different kinds of vit c: liquid, liposomal in capsules, buffered, etc. Nothing worked until I found this. I bought it as a last chance, cause it was a new form, liposomal vit c in soft gel. It's easy to swallow and really gentle on my stomach, I’m so happy with it! I would recommend this product to anyone.
