Thinking this was a flaw I asked for a replacement which came with even more holes in it. I tried calling to see what was the meaning of these holes. I requested a refund thinking they were defective. I found at a later date that the holes are there to keep the product alive since it was a living bacterial innoculant and some product spillage was normal. The refund was already processed at this point even though the product was still good. I reached out to Harris seed and they said to not worry about it and feel free to shop here again. I still hope to find a way to reimburse them for the product and do appreciate the grace they have given me for non payment!
