I have medium dark hair, so I put in highlites first. Then I do the Nuclear Orange all over. It comes out so vibrant! It's super easy to use. No developer. just work it in, wait 20 minutes and wash it out. the color lasts really well for me, but I'll admit I stretch it along by washing only once a week and using a color safe shampoo.
