I’m 5’1 and about 130 lbs, so I got an XS and it fits me really good. It was hard asf to put on at first, but you honestly just gotta wear it in and it gets easier. It’s been helping my posture a lot, and my spine/back feels way more supported when I have it on. Definitely one of my favorite purchases. I’d 100% recommend it, and I’ll definitely be buying again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This Is The One!! *by on Reviewed in the United States August 4, 2026* Getting into waist training, I started out with something akin to a sweat band where you hook one layer then zip up another.. some soft stretchy thing with maybe 4 flexible rods for boning. It worked well until i realized i wouldn't get much change from it in the long run. The Yianna on the other hand includes an adequate amount of boning and does not stretch much at all. That first time trying it on, i could not even hook it all the way up! I had to come back to it another day.. make sure you actually measure yourself and get the right size!!! Eventually though, you WILL get it on. The more you wear it, the easier it becomes to just suck your breath in, hook those first hooks together and wallah!!! I've worn mine working out, doing chores, etc. The material is comfortable enough that you could wear it throughout your entire day without issue and it stays in place. It will definitely suck you in but you should not feel overly uncomfortable or like you can't catch your breath! We're trying to slim our waist, not cut off your circulation!!! With time, I went from using the first column of hooks to the very last.. and I would only wear mines for like a couple of hours a day. Consistency is key!
