Review: Fiat 500 Pop 2015 - After installing the Alpine iLX-905D into my girlfriends Fiat 500 Pop (2015 - pre facelift edition) the unit would not power on. Turns out I needed this Connect unit (even if I don’t have steering wheel controls / buttons). After connecting this to the head unit you THEN connect to the car power ISO the Alpine unit turned on without issue. (The simple task of plugging in the cables has to follow an unexplained order - Connect to Head until then to the car/battery) Knocking a star as the instruction manual and explanation about the kit is either poor or missing.
