Review: Great wardrobes - Beware constructing and then lifting these wardrobes is really a two man job. I built it on my own but there is no way to lift it in place without damaging the integrity of the unit on your own. I glued the drawers for extra strength. For the price the quality and finish is very good indeed. I have used the wardrobe for 18 months and it is still sturdy and pristine. The sliding doors will slide past each other and one of the plastic chrome handles on the inner door has scratched where they slide against each other. Given the price then this small engineering fault is acceptable. I ensured that there was a power socket behind the wardrobe and cut a hole in the back of the unit to allow connection for the lights. I also installed some movement sensitive lights bought from Ikea so that as the doors open there is automatic internal lighting. The cables for this installation are fed up the back of the unit with the transformers on the top (unseen) of the wardrobe. I drilled holes in the top of the wardrobe to feed the cable to the lights. This addition has made the wardrobe much more sophisticated.

Instructions are very clear and easy to follow, didn’t take as long to build as we thought, and once built very sturdy and good quality. Delivery also included in price and was very fast.
