Had a bit of a problem with the setup, and even though I got it done (took about 5 minutes), I emailed tech support to ensure I did it correctly, and subtlety suggested they should include adding units to the manual by asking where in the manual it was. Emailed late Saturday, and had a response Sunday morning, even though support is only supposed to be available M-F. Very impressive. Ed confirmed that my method of adding the new sensor was fine, and provided a link to the manual and let me know more information was in part 5.5. To my embarrassment, the information was there, I had just read right past it. I'll likely be adding a couple more sensors in the next couple of weeks. Great product, works as described. Some of the best tech support I've experienced in MANY years. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ NOT waterproof. Water resistant, yes, but can't be left out in the direct rain. Easy to set. Batteries last a long time. *by on Reviewed in the United States June 29, 2018* Synched immediately, when the correct channel was selected. Batteries seem to last for over 6 months. NOT waterproof!! Can get damp, but will not survive direct immersion, of laying on ground during a rainstorm. This was a replacement for one which fell off a window ledge, onto the bare ground, and got drenched. This one is sitting in between the screen and window, gets wet, and still works fine.
