Review: One year later and still strong - I have two very aggressive chewers and this ball has survived them for an entire year. Chuckits and regular tennis balls last a day or two, a lot of the other toys that survive are so stiff/solid you don't want to play with them. I can pick up my 50 Australian Cattle Dog and swing her around with this ball and it still has its bounce. Great ball!
Review: So far lasting 4 months - These are great! I bought these balls for my 2 Belgian Manolis. If you don’t know this breed — let me just say that nothing last for long. I bought these for Christmas and here we are in April and they are still intact! Longest life ever of a toy. Highly recommend.

**Q: Would this be a good toy for an over 100 pound GSD? he breaks everything.**
A: Hey, just an addendum to the review I posted 5 years ago. The product has now changed, and is no longer the quality toy it was. I no longer recommend it. Even the private dog park where I first encountered it no longer uses these balls (note that all the good reviews are from about 5-8 years ago). It's really a shame, because it was a truly exceptional product, with durability that was nearly impossible to find. My GSD (now 7) still has his original ball and it's somewhat deflated but remarkably still in one piece and he absolutely loves it. I don't know why a company would change something working so well (another company took it over and decided to cut costs?) but it's really a damn shame. I can no longer recommend this product (which, in all fairness, is not even close to the product my German shepherd and I once fell in love with).

**Q: is this the rubber plastic or hard plastic, like the egg?**
A: Be sure you get the right ball.  The Bounce-n-play is a thick-walled, semi-soft rubber or plastic that a dog can get their teeth into and can be used indoors (carefully), but is virtually indestructible for even the toughest dogs, like mine.  The Push-n-play is hard plastic, for dogs that just like to push stuff around.

**Q: Any difference in material/firmness between different color Bounce and Play Jolly balls?**
A: There is no difference at all. You get a difference when you move between sizes. And of couse, the jolly without a handle goes a lot further. My boy prefers the one with the handle but will play with kinds.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stands up to my destructo-dog!

My 70 lb lab is a powerful & determined chewer. He has shredded up all kinds of toys that purport to be "indestructible". This ball has lasted several weeks so far!! He did puncture it about 3 sec into playing with it, so I did not start out with high hopes. However, I stand corrected! He can smoosh it enough to carry it around in his mouth, but as soon as he lets go to get a better grip, it IMMEDIATELY reinflates. So he hasn't been able to use his molars to make a "flap" yet. (The dreaded "flap" is the beginning of the end for rubber toys at our house.) I am curious to see how the winter temperatures affect it outdoors - might make it less pliable & slower to reinflate. But so far, so good!! Overall, this is a pretty fun toy. Humans can kick it, so no need to get your hands all slobbery/muddy. (Shoes will get muddy, though.) The large size & bubblegum pink color make it easy to find in the woods & in piles of leaves. Our dog loves running around with it, shaking it like he killed it, and tossing it around. He moves it around with his paws like he's playing soccer, too. I think it's too big & bouncy to be safe inside, but a really good outdoor toy, for sure.
