Regarding to your concern, because the diameter of this bar is 1.3, you may not put these weight plates into it. **Q: Why Picture shows hole is 1.1 but description says 1.0** A: They fit on the 1.1” bar. I have both 1” and the slightly larger bars that measure 1.125” (I think that’s what they measure out at). I accidentally bought the larger bar at a thrift store, and it took some effort to locate the larger clips or collars. Some of my “CAP” weights will fit on the thicker bar and some will not. These “Yesforall” weights are have the larger hole and fit the thicker 1.1” bars. I was unhappy with these weights because they have a larger overall size than the specifications. They are not marked or engraved with “Yesforall” as depicted in the photos. They are rough looking, and appear and smell like asphalt. When J complained to the seller, they sent me numerous emails asking me to delete my review for a refund, otherwise they would not accept my return. Being stubborn, I did not accept their terms. I would not buy them again. **Q: Do they stink** A: Thank you for your question.
