Not a cure all but does help in keeping your sugar levels in a better and more beneficial range. I am not a doctor but I have taken this supplement as I feel it also help in controlling your weight difficulties. I have used it for years and even though I am not a totally ripped athlete, I do pretty well for a 75 year old man.
