The padding inside feels soft and solid, and the padding on the corners feels like it would genuinely protect a laptop against damage. There is also a lip on the inside you slide the laptop into, protecting the edges from the metal zip - a nice addition that shows how thought has gone into the design. The YKK zippers are nice, and go further down on one side for ease of charging. I haven't tested the water resistance, but it seems like it would protect it to some extent. The outside pocket is a nice touch, and has a good amount of space. It is a compact case, allowing it to easily be slipped into a bag with little wasted space. It is delivered in perfect condition. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Two more Tomtoc cases for my 2-in-1’s *by R***M on 10 June 2021* Purchased another two Tomtoc cases to protect 2-in-1’s; a 10” and 12”. Both fit great, just about perfectly, inside their cases with keyboards attached. The smaller case was advertised as fitting 10-12” tablets so i was concerned it was going to be too big for the smaller 2-in-1. Have another two Tomtoc cases for 13” laptops and while the dimensions of the cases are the same, the 13” laptops will not fit the new case without forcing the edges of the case around them. This is because the new case has reinforced corners so they are more rigid and more difficult to fudge if your gadget/s don’t fit comfortably inside the case. Great products!! Recommended for all gadgets like tablets, 2-in-1s, laptops, to seriously protect them. They are slim so they fit about everywhere except maybe tablet pockets. I have two tablet pockets in my backpack and all the cases fit in the larger tablet pocket but none fit in the smaller pocket. Would like to see more Tomtoc sleeves available for smaller tablets/2-in-1s it was difficult to find the one that I did. Fortunately have not had to test the water resistance. These are the best cases I have ever used for my gadgets, regardless of budget. Was formerly a Brenthaven user but their products seem to have gone to crap.
