In particular, the centers pull away first, leaving you with a hole where you need the treatment most. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Neosil vs ScarAway *by M***B on February 24, 2016* I ordered the fabric backed silicon, but I received the clear one instead. I'm still satisfied by the product though. It has worked very well for me to reduce the signs of scars. I had a minor surgery and had existing scars, so I decided to try Neosil and ScarAway at the same time to see which one worked best for me. Neosil was the winner.You have to apply the silicone to clean/dry skin. Neosil had a better stickiness, and held on to the skin for a long period of time. ScarAway moved and bunched up with movement.You have to wash the silicone pads daily with mild soap and warm water. Neosil kept it's stickiness and I found the ScarAway tended to lose some of it after washing it.You're supposed to use this product for at least 4-6 weeks and I've only used it for 2. So far, I have seen dramatic results in the reduction of the scar's visibility. The Neosil really outperformed the ScarAway.I would recommend Neosil, but everyone is different, and may experience different results with products. ### ⭐ Disgusting brown stuff inside the sealed strip and on the strip itself *by J***M on October 11, 2016* I can't speak to the effectiveness of this product, but when I opened the sealed strip, there was brown stuff on the inside of the packaging and on the strip. This is disgusting, especially for a medical, sealed product.
