It pops out of the hole much quicker and there's no more bouncing which I couldn't stop previously. I can plain slower and I don't think I lost any top end at all. I mounted the no drill method and it worked just fine. But I will keep a close eye on the tightness of the installation. It uses a double-sided sticky tape and then rubber washers under the metal washers to hold it in place. I'm sure the double-sided sticky tape won't last all that long.
