Review: FANTASTIC - I bought a house last year and when it rained I sometimes smelled damp not always but sometimes depending on the direction of the rain. I am a woman and this is my first house so I felt confused as the house didn't appear flooded. I came across this product and I painted it around the foundations of the house on the exterior, where was previously sealant that was in poor condition dry and peeling off. After I painted it the next day I woke up and went to have a look. On the side of my house was suddenly a large pool of water because it rained and I realised that this water which I never noticed before was probably going under my house and that is what I smelled. I had no clue there was a hole but applying this foundation made me realise it. Also it is evident it works very well since it didn't let through the rain under my house but kept it outside. Also I no longer smell the damp smell after rain.

**Q: will this work on a pond?**
A: Yes, as a matter of fact I just redid my riverbed and the pond with concrete and then applied a couple of good coats of the liquid rubber using the last coat to adhere the rocks and it is beautiful and is holding the water perfectly'

**Q: What's the lowest temperature to apply this product ?**
A: I don't think the temp affects the function of this product as it does not have a " Do not allow to freeze " requirement. It doesn't really dry as it remains pliable like rubber. I would however heed the suppliers advice and try not to apply it below 5c/40f if possible.

**Q: Approximately how many square feet will one 5 gallon bucket cover?**
A: 100-125sq ft at a 60mil thickness. 
 Bought 5, 5gal buckets to do 580sq ft of foundation and had about 1/2 gallon left over at an average of 60mil thickness.

**Q: Question for anyone who sealed their basement from the inside. Has it held up against water leaks?**
A: Yes so far... make sure you get every nook and cranny! I missed a tiny little hole and it leaked.
