Believe it or not it healed my frozen shoulder without taking any other medications, surgery etc. It took some time to recover, but still not as much as my other shoulder (that has the same problem a couple of years prior). The first time it happened I went trough all corticosteroid pills, 💉 and phizotherapy. When it happened second time I was so desperate. Then a colleague of mine told my about golden powder ( turmeric mixed with black pepper). So, I found this on Amazon and decided to try it. My only addition was coconut oil capsules along with it. I felt it started working somewhere after few weeks maybe, slowly the pain disappeared completely. I can't really remember how and when, because was not sudden change. I just realized one day that is gone completely. Since then I take one capsule twice a day, I skip the weekends even and I feel great 👍.
