A: It’s a sleeve so you have to push the pencil through it. It’s a tight fit to so it’s not easy but once it’s on it does move around and it’s comfortable when writing to

A: Dear customer,
Thanks for your question. This case is designed for Apple Pencil 1st generation. Apple has not yet released the 3rd generation.

**Q: Will the apple pencil fit covers that have a pencil holder after putting the silicone cover on?**
A: The Apple Pencil silicone cover is a little thick for most pencil holders on the iPad case. The Apple Pencil cover did stretch out my pencil holder on my case a tad bit which could be a problem if you don't plan to keep this silicone pencil cover on. I don't plan to take off this cover so the fit on my case is fine and still secure. It also does depend on the iPad case you have. All in all yes it did still fit my pencil holder in my iPad case just fine. I have the Kenke iPad 7th generation case with pencil holder.

**Q: Does it work with a stylus similar to the Apple Pencil first generation?**
A: I have the Apple Pencil first generation and it works perfect. I would assume that it would work with similar products.

I love the amount of color choices this product has ♡ makes an Apple Pencil a lot more comfy for long time use, very soft and easy to handle. Though it is kinda challenging when you first try to put it on the pencil, takes a bit of effort since it’s meant to be tight fit to your pencil but once you get it on, it’s amazing. Looks wonderful, the top of it (where the bit comes off) is a little too long so if it’s like mine you’ll have to pull that extra bit down to plug it in to an iPad or to put the top back on but other than that, it fits well! Small disclaimer/extra info : If you have an iPad case with a Apple Pencil slot or Apple Pencil case, it most likely won’t fit with this product on your pencil. Mine no longer fits in its slot in my iPad case or the pencil case I got for it. (Shown in pictures) First 2 pictures are of the pencil case, in order to get it to shut, I have to shimmy the pencil in there and force the lid shut. It gapes a little but stays shut for the most part. Other pictures are my iPad case, I cannot fit it in there with any shimming lmao. (Bulges out a lot and won’t let the iPad case shut) But if you have a pencil pouch on your iPad case rather than a slot, it should fit fine ♡
