**Q: Are these 1.2 mm and not 1.0mm? asking because one of my old 1.2mm say round stic ultra and the omes that dont say ultra seem to be 1.0mm**
A: it's hard to know for double sure, isn't it?, what/which we're talking about. The ones that say, "BIC Round Stic Grip Xtra Comfort Ballpoint Pen, Medium Point (1.2mm), Blue, 12-Count" and come in a box are 1.2mm. They have a silver colored plastic body.  Based on my recent March 2023 experience these 1.2mm pens are more luxurious than the 1.0 mm extra-life pens and cost in my area including tax about 28 cents each whereas the extra life pens cost including tax in this area about 17 cents each.  fascinating, huh?
