I bought this for my senior mom. Her diet is way better than the SAD, but can use some help here and there. I've used and trusted the Kirkland brand for quite some time. When kept in the refrigerator/freezer, I've read that it keeps the vitamin fresher and is less like to go rancid. The pills are not too big and relatively easy to swallow. No aftertaste either. The ingredients are minimal too and are all natural, which is important to me.
