There are a couple of small design flaws -- the top rolls down with movement so instead of tying it at the neck, tacking the straps down in a crisscross holds it in place. There is an adorable bow on the back of the bottom, which works better at the back of the mermaid tail so that all 3 pieces can be worn together. And you want the opening at the bottom so the little mermaid can walk, but a zipper or velcro would be cuter.
