According to the label, the serving size is 2 capsules. There are 120 capsules in a bottle, but only 60 servings. Each capsule contains 11mg of zinc and 400mg of quercetin. Taking 2 capsules will give you the total amount per serving, which is 22mg of zinc and 800mg of quercetin.
