Review: A good cambridge alternative - I lost 3st on cambridge 3 years ago but worked out too expensive to carry on, almost £55 a week. Weight was maintained ever since so been looking for an alternative to help shift the last 2 st. Checked and cambridge was approx £65 now, so this was identical ingredients so tried it. The lemon bars are lovely, firm texture and filling, i use 2 a day with a 400 cal meal. The caramel ones are my nightime 'treat' and help curb cravings. Been on the bars a week, lost 6lbs so far. Bought the peanut ones for variety and got a discount using the subscription option. Will be fairly easy to stick to over the next 12 weeks, the recommended lenght to be on them. Approx £2.15 per bar, less than a meal deal at tesco with all the vitamins and minerals needed. Youve got to drink 2-3ltrs of water a day, so peeing like a racehorse! So far so good
