After squeezing myself into it once, I decided to keep it.I started wearing it less than a week after giving birth to help with my diastasis recti. Now, you're not supposed to wear corsets after birth, because they can cause uterine prolapse. I will say, every time I wear this, I'm WAY more incontinent and I feel way more pressure on my pelvic floor. Because of this, I only wear it now and then while I rely on a small exercise routine to help with the ab separation.But overall, it's very comfy! I've worn this off and on for three weeks. I can eat and not feel too bloated and tight. It's gotten easier and easier to fit into, which I hope means my stomach is going down. Very glad I kept it!
