It makes smoking meats a doddle with its timer and temp control. Review: Smoker - Bought via desertcart .Smoker arrived with slight damage to door(small dent). Initial start up all good .The smoker unit digital control panel are prone to faults ,do not leave the panel connected as condensation will build up and cause corrosion within the panel.This is caused by the heat travelling via the cable ducting.
