Review: don't cheap out - I rarely leave negative reviews, but this teleprompter has been one of the most frustrating photography purchases I've made. I bought it to use with my Sony ZV-E10, only to discover it isn't properly compatible with the kit lens out of the box. Because the lens has a 40.5mm filter thread, I had to buy an additional 40.5mm to 49mm step-up ring, something that isn't made clear before purchase. The assembly instructions are incredibly poor. They rely almost entirely on diagrams with little explanation, making it unnecessarily difficult to understand how the mounting system is supposed to work. I spent far longer trying to assemble it than I should have. The biggest issue was the mounting design. While trying to attach the teleprompter, it put enough twisting force on my camera that it partially disengaged the lens from the camera body. That's completely unacceptable. Camera equipment is expensive, and I shouldn't be worried about damaging my lens mount while assembling an accessory. Even after getting it together, the fit wasn't secure and I experienced unwanted lens flare because the setup didn't align properly. Overall, this product feels poorly engineered, especially for Sony users with the common 16-50mm kit lens. Unless you're prepared to buy additional adapters, spend a long time figuring out the assembly, and accept a mounting system that doesn't inspire confidence, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

A: 77, 72, 68, 62, 58, 55, 52, & 49. (mm) All made of metal.  Yes there is a 58mm.

**Q: Can it also be used with an ipad? does it fit on any tripod? would i need anything else but a tripod, ipad, and iphone (for camera)?**
A: Yes, fits in any tripod. No, you can't use with iPads, just mobiles and no, it's complete, you don't need anything else.

**Q: Can this be attached to a camera without a tripod, aka handheld?**
A: I think that would be up to you. For stability to be able to read the text it seems that a tripod would be more suitable in my personal opinion.

**Q: I never received a tripod in my delivery. Why?**
A: There's two versions - one which has a tripod, and one which doesn't.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this teleprompter has been one of the most frustrating photography purchases I've made. I bought it to use with my Sony ZV-E10, only to discover it isn't properly compatible with the kit lens out of the box. Because the lens has a 40.5mm filter thread, I had to buy an additional 40.5mm to 49mm step-up ring, something that isn't made clear before purchase. The assembly instructions are incredibly poor. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Insanely good value, wildly good quality for the cost!

Why did you choose this product over others?: My greatest flaw is buying cheap tools and accessories for filming - which sometimes don’t work, or break quickly. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE PRODUCTS! For £36 this simple little doodad is the coolest and most useful thing that any content producer should get. Yes, the instructions are crap, yes you need a second phone to run the autocue app, yes their native app is a bit pants - but spending another £10 (tops) on a Teleprompter app is absolutely worth it to make this work. That’s £46 you’ll spend, vs the £150+ for a ‘proper’ kit. I’ve managed to balance this on a dslr gimbal, and do some really cool shots with a speaker in motion. Also I didn’t realise you get a mount for a phone camera too. Again, so simple, so worthwhile. Have some faith, watch a YouTube vid (there’s loads of them) to figure out how to use it (again, not hard once you watch someone else put it together). If I sound overly excited, it’s because 90% of low-priced camera tech and accessories are just tat. And I feel like an absolute villain finding this beauty amongst it all!
