When I woke up, I noticed that pain and stiffness that I have every single morning was completely gone. I was able to move in ways I hadn't in years. I have osteoarthritis in my hip, knees, hands and back and have pain in my legs. My knees were not hurting, my hip wasn't hurting, my back wasn't hurting and most importantly my hands are not hurting. There is no pain or stiffness anywhere.
