It is larger than a standard pillow. It is only printed on one side. I bought this as a gift for my daughter. It looks great in the bedroom at her house. The graphic is a tad blurry but, I felt for the price it was fine. I was pleased with my purchase until, I happened to go back and read the reviews. I would not have purchased this pillowcase had, I realized that there was a dispute and, an artist was claiming the graphic was being used without permission. I wish I had read the review prior to purchasing.
