Oily beans fill the room with coffee aroma that instantly grips you and does not let go. Coffee is strong but not bitter, thanks to the medium roasting. I usually grind only what will be immediately consumed, store in the air tight jar on the kitchen counter no more then week worth of supply and the rest is in the freezer section waiting to serve for a long time.
