**Q: where can I find a rubber replacement tip?**
A: I have no idea, sorry. Amazon or Air Kicks maybe?

**Q: It doesn’t bounce is there a way to get it to work**
A: I'm unsure. Bought as a gift for my nieces and if I remember correctly took quite a bit of force to get it to bounce. Almost think the spring is too strong for the weight rating.
