Sind für mich am Besten geeignet. Langes Laufen kein Problem. Die Füße werden gut gestützt und die Abfederung der Ferse ist auch OK. Keine übermäßigen Wulste/Erhebungen auf der Einlage, die nachher die Füße schmerzen lassen. Mit diesen Einlagen kann ich länger laufen, ohne dass die Lendenwirbelsäule schmerzt. Einziger Nachteil; Aufgrund der Dicke sind sie nicht für alle Schuhe geeignet.
