Also, a lot of other reviews comment on the artificial after taste, which I didn’t think I’d love. But, I’m so glad I took the leap - this is handsdown my favorite chocolate protein powder.I purchased this because a new medication I’m on sometimes causes severe food adversion and it’s lead to unintentional intermittent fasting. Sometimes I’ve barley eaten anything all day so I go to bed on an extremely empty stomach. That causes me to wake up with severe hunger pains the next morning. To try and avoid this, I started drinking one of these about 3 hours before bed and it’s made all the difference. The stomach pains are gone and I can actually get one of these down without feeling nauseated.Also, I love the taste. I use it to get extra calories so I mix with milk, a dash of cream and ice cubes, and it makes a luxurious protein shake that reminds me of a chocolate malt. The trick with this is to use a blender instead of a bottle mixer to get the clumps out.
