I used it for my hiking boots, snow shoes, and walking shoes. They fit perfectly. Wow, they look good! In a nutshell, these screw lock laces are a time-saving marvel. These are great! Much better than the individual rubber stretchy kind... I've used them both. With the rubber ones you'll be ordering a new set just to get replacements for the ones that occasionally break... and they will break. And those are much harder to put in, and I've broken some just trying to get them in. These are much better quality, easier to put in, look better, and they last longer. And you get TWO complete pairs so you have a spare! Here are some tips for putting this kind in, if you've never done it. 1. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy for my 7 Year Old

I bought these laces to replace in my 7 year olds shoes. He is all about ease of use and has several pairs of shoes he will not wear because they are difficult to get in and out of. His shoes are often untied from playing throughout the day. I like that these are stretchy and easy to install. They also come with an extra string in case you measure wrong. I like the look of it and it matches closely to the original shoe string that came with these shoes. They come with a twist closure (like tightening a bottle cap). I’m not the biggest fan of this because you have to screw for a while to get it closed. Since this is for my kiddo, I could see him being annoyed by that. There is enough stretch where he hasn’t had to undo the closure to get his shoes on and off so it may be a non-issue. Overrall I would recommend.
