The edges of the awning are concave , the measurements stated are from corner to corner, but the actual awning coverage size is slightly less . After 5 minutes of installing it, there was a light rain shower. I was smugly sat underneath it when a drop of cold water went down my neck. You could see drips coming through the tape and in a couple of areas of the fabric.
