Royal blue 9 oz. flame-resistant treated cotton with contrasting flame graphics protects the wearer from sparks and splatter. It features our Standup Welder's collar with adjustable snap options, an extended length front, adjustable waist straps, convenient snap front and wrists and zippered inside pocket.

This brand of welding shirt is pretty good. But as other reviewers have stated, it is not spark and or spatter resistant, it is not supposed to be. It is rated as FR flame resistant. Being a pipeline welder for many years, I can tell you that even the flame resistant Nomex products do not completely protect against molten welding spatter. If you want spatter proof garments, you want leather, not cotton. Do your homework and understand what you are using.
