A: The quality of wood. Cause it's wood. It's not marble but it'll feel like a painted wooden toilet tbh

A: This toilet come complete with everything needed to install it!  The reason I purchased it is BECAUSE the "hinge quality" appeared to be sturdier than other toilet seats.  The last toilet seat I owned (purchased from the same company) had PLASTIC hinges which broke within a few months.

### ⭐ Terrible Hardware

The toilet seat is fine and the soft close feature works, but the hardware connecting the seat to the toilet is awful. The clamps that hold the pegs in place don't stay tight, so sometimes when we sit down the whole seat pivots. We've tried tightening, resetting, taking the whole seat and hardware set off and reinstalling, and even epoxying the pegs in place to try and get this thing to stay put and it always comes loose again within a few weeks, max. I bought this in 2023. We're finally giving up and throwing it away.
