Maybe this is because I got a D cup size, the tag on it showed that the push up effect was less for each higher cup size. At D this is just a slight lift. The little bit of padding is at the bottom, but I think that I need it on the side. The bra seems good quality, just think of it as a t shirt bra especially with larger cup sizes.
