You just have to get over that sensation and this is a great product. Not all people can do it. It does whiten your teeth tremendously though. So toughen up, if you want those pearly whites. This is how they did it back in the day, It is also great for bad breath and overall mouth issues. It is very healthy for you. I have gum issues and they feel so much better and my teeth look whiter.
