Boil 1 cup of water, take 1 teaspoon of Chebe powder and another teaspoon of any other herbal powder that you prefer; like henna or amla powder, and put into a glass bowl or jar, pour boiling water over it cover with a lid, and let steep for 24 hours at most, by then all the powder would have settled to the bottom.
