We had a busy schedule and I resorted to placing a grocery order with Whole Foods for our vacation rental, and Lacto was the only thing they had. Wow! Game changer! While Lactaid helps cut down on the effects of eating lactose (bloat, gas, discomfort, etc), it never made a huge impact and I’ve religiously avoided dairy because of it. However, I knew on vacation I would need to indulge a bit. After two small trial runs with that Lacto, I took two of the pills with a 10 inch pizza (and followed it with Gas X, just to be sure) and felt great!
