My package was lost, which I was able to get a refund for. The package did end up coming a few days later but when I finally got it, even though the spray bottle was wrapped in plastic, it still managed to leak all over the the bag it was wrapped in and the actual shipping package. A good amount leaked out so thank goodness it was refunded. The product itself isn't too bad. Smells good though doesn't last long. The product itself gets a 4.
