Things that I was able to fit with some bit of room to spare: Zippered pocket: 2 tampons, 4 eye glass wipes. Could have fit as crunchy in there. Rear pocket: bifold wallet, likely could fit my iPhone 15 without the case Middle pocket: iPhone 15 with case and lanyard and keys with lanyard Front pocket: two medium sized hair clips, cuticle oil roller and AirPod pro 2nd gen. I couldn’t fit my sunglasses case :( I could fit the sunglasses in the front pocket if I shift things around. The bag wasn't at full capacity but I preferir that way.
