A: Its a 15 litre pot not a 1.5 litre pot!! 
What did you expect?

**Q: can this work on electric cooker**
A: Yes, I use it on a ceramic hob and it is fine.

**Q: Can you remove the handles if needed? with say a scredriver?**
A: No they are riveted in, just as well this is one big pot, if you remove the handles you would require the services of the Hulk to dish up from it. I make batch curries currys in it. It serves about 30 people. I can also do about 30 jars of jam in it. Lol

**Q: Does it have litre gradation markings on the inside?**
A: No markings on the inside

This stockpot is HUGE. I bought it to make soup, but honestly, it’s big enough to cook a whole village’s worth of stew. You could bathe a small dog in this thing (not that I’ve tried… yet). Great for soups, stews, and impressing your friends with your “massive soup ambitions.” Just make sure you have room in your cabinet—or be prepared for it to become a permanent decoration on your stovetop.
