What is the lever for? I screw on the handle and turn it, but how do you fit in the potato.** A: Lever releases it so it will go to the front where blade is. The prong has a hole in center that levels the shishka Bob stick that goes through a potatoes and out the front. It works better to have potatoes peeled.
