It's not the most waterproof, but considering I had to use it on my underarm it adhered remarkably well. The reason I like it is because there is no residual tape stickness left when removed. I change the wounds for my husband every day and it is easy to use - you can cut as much tape as you need to fit the area that is being covered. It is easy to remove from the paper.
