This holds the product in place, and protects the injured area from further injury during recovery.Another reason to use the "healer" is that the Zincofax is a thick white cream formulated to cling to the skin. If you get it on fabrics, it will wash out, but takes a little effort.The only "con" is the price escalation of this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easily a new holy grail product *by S***Y on April 21, 2021* I’ve been struggling with these HUGE painful cystic pimples and I’ve almost given up until I saw someone rave about this specific product and I saw all these reviews here. I decided to give it a try and it’s been ONE NIGHT and 90% of my painful pimples are either almost flat or completely gone as if it was never there. There are some pimples that are still there but they came to a head, however the redness that usually follows is not there. I’m now obsessed with this product I went out and bought a 2 lb bag of zinc oxide powder to make my own when I run out of this stuff. The ingredients are 47% petroleum and 40% zinc oxide.Update: it’s been two or three days, I’ve been applying this at night (sometimes in a visible thin layer or I rub it all the way into the skin) and sleeping with it. I have one full pimple left to beat, and a semi flat pimple trying to come up but just can’t seem to. This stuff is amazing, my skin is so even and glowy.
