As other customers noted, this does NOT have 30,000mAH capacity. I tested it three times: made sure it was fully charged, then used it to charge a bunch of phones and power packs. Each time it ran out of juice after about 4,200mAh. That not only makes it a rip off (you can buy a 4000mAh power bank for as little as $5. But it defeats the purpose of having EMERGENCY back up to start a car with dead battery.
