**Q: Why has Quicken stop selling the download version on Amazon a week before they force their loyal customer into the subscription version?  It was $79.**
A: Intuit is greedy. Several years they stopped being able to download data to tax software if you didn't update. They are as close to strong arm tactics as they can get without physically assaulting you. 
Software as a Service (SaaS) model is being used by many companies. They don't have to manufacturer, warehouse, or ship disks or documentation. They make you download it and expire your access exactly when the subscription runs out.

**Q: is this the 2021 version?**
A: Yes.however, it does not say, which version(2020-2021 it is.!!

**Q: Is this version with the 40% discount valid for renewing prescriptions for one year? This same discount on the Quicken website is only for new users.**
