**Q: is this an indoor and outdoor ball?**
A: The Molten 4500 (and Molten 3800) are indoor game balls. The Molten 3000 is an indoor/outdoor ball but is currently out of stock in the Molten warehouse. It is due back in around the 3rd week of July.

We use this for our indoor scrimmages. Definitely our best ball to use each session. It feels premium although I would have preferred the old GG7X. Still, a great product.
