Shooting for that 1.5-3grams daily intake, I was spending more time. With these pills, Came Sealed. Upon opening, a slight slight scent, but nothing to complain about. Capsules went down smooth, and no 'burps' or 'bad breathe' from digestion. No stomach issues, even when taken with just water. Bottle recommended dose is (2) pills at a time; I take (1) pill at a time and space out through the day. Usually taking about (6) capsules total.
