I'm very happy with this product. I'm taking it for weight loss because it contains 5 different probiotic strains linked to weight loss: L. gasseri, L. rhamnosus, B. breve, L. planterum, and B. lactis. Besides being full of multiple probiotics and enzymes to help digestion, it significantly reduces appetite. If you don't want this effect, I suggest taking only 1 per day instead of 2.
